Hi, I live in Hokitika. Hokitika is a great place when it’s not
in lockdown. When you live by the beach like me, you can do
a lot of things like surfing, swimming, building huts and lots
of other things. My whanau eats nearly all of our kai on the rocks on the beach if it’s not raining. We also go swimming
nearly every day if it’s not too rough even if it is quite big.
Lots of people in Hokitika eat fish and chips on the beach.
